Founded in 2003, HuanYu Circuit Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (brand: HUANYU PCB) is a high-tech electronics manufacturing enterprise that integrates high-layer PCB fabrication, PCB assembly (PCBA) and box build (finished-product assembly) under one roof. Headquartered in Panyu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, the company has dedicated more than 20 years to printed circuit boards and electronics manufacturing services.

One-Stop EMS Capabilities
From design to finished product, we connect the entire “R&D to mass production” chain, so customers can access the full scope of manufacturing through a single point of contact.
1. High-Layer PCB Fabrication
We manufacture printed circuit boards from 1 to 24 layers, covering rigid boards, multilayer boards, metal core PCBs (MCPCB), flexible PCBs (FPC), HDI boards, high-frequency/high-speed boards, thick-copper boards and aluminium LED boards. Our PCB production bases are located in Shenzhen, Zhongshan and Shaoguan, Guangdong Province, ensuring reliable capacity and delivery.
2. PCB Assembly (PCBA)
We provide SMT, DIP, functional testing (FCT), conformal coating and burn-in/aging services. Our approximately 3,000 m² Class-100,000 cleanroom SMT workshop is equipped with Siemens SMT lines and high-end inspection equipment such as SPI, AOI and X-Ray, supported by strict IPQC and QA LOT standards to guarantee soldering and assembly quality.
3. Box Build (Finished-Product Assembly)
We offer finished-product assembly, testing, packaging and shipping, along with ODM/OEM joint development and customized production on request — a true one-stop delivery from components and boards to the finished product.
Supply Chain & Component Sourcing
We have built a long-term, stable supply chain with more than 1,000 component suppliers and 5–10 years of cooperation with original manufacturers and authorized distributors, enabling fast technical support and efficient component procurement. Our component coverage includes:
• Aluminium electrolytic capacitors, connectors and Pogo Pins
• Relays, transformers and inductors
• IGBTs, MOSFETs and other power devices
• Hardware parts, USB connectors and other structural / interface components
All of the above can be customized to customer requirements, helping customers select parts quickly during R&D and secure a stable supply during mass production.
Quality & Certifications
The company is certified to ISO9001 (quality), ISO14001 (environment) and TS16949 (automotive quality), and holds UL approval. From incoming materials to shipment, we apply full-process quality control including IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC, together with 100% electrical testing and visual inspection, to ensure product reliability and consistency.
